Azure portal, how to switch "SECURITY ENABLED access" to Required

Hi,

I am trying to force the use of secure connections. Several articles on this issue mention that the option "SECURITY ENABLED access" can be set to "Required' to make sure that every connection uses the secure variety. But I cannot find that option in the portal or anywhere else.

I suspect from other articles that since a short while, every connection is by default secure (using SSL) and the connectionstrings without the word 'secure' in it are automatically redirected to a secure connection. This way, the switch has become obsolete and has been removed. 

Am I correct? If not, where can I find that switch?
